Akasaka Excel Hotel Tokyu Tokyo

I had a fantastic experience at Akasaka Excel Hotel Tokyu. The location was perfect, with plenty of food options nearby. The staff were extremely attentive and spoke excellent English. The wifi was reliable and the coin-operated laundry was a lifesaver.

The location of the hotel is superb, directly opposite the Akasaka-Mitsuke station on the Marunouchi and Ginza lines. This makes it incredibly convenient for traveling around Tokyo, with easy access to several metro lines. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, with amenities such as a fridge, electric kettle, and coffee maker. The bathroom is spacious and includes a glass-enclosed shower with great water pressure. The hotel staff is also commendable, providing helpful service and communication during events like Typhoon Hagibis.

Some guests may find the noise from private parties and company meetings on designated floors to be disruptive.

Conveniently located near the Imperial Palace and a subway station with English-speaking staff. Tully's coffee shop and 24-hour 7/11 supermarket beneath. Perfect for exploring the city, with comfortable rooms and helpful service. Definitely worth staying again.

Had a great xmas stay at this hotel! Loved the convenient location - right next to the metro station and lots of eateries nearby. Also, the hotel offers free toiletries and pajamas, which was a nice touch. the staff was friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay. the room had good Wifi and the AC worked well. a comfortable and enjoyable experience.
